On Thursday 23 November 2017, the APPG on Endangered Species held an evidence giving session on the Government’s UK ban on ivory sales consultation.
There were over fifty in attendance, including representatives from NGOs, antique trade bodies, museums and the music industry.
Following the meeting, the evidence received was compiled, reviewed and submitted as a response to the Government’s consultation with a covering letter from the APPG’s Chair, Rachel Maclean.
